Virtual Admin Services
Our virtual admin services includes a variety of administrative tasks at our low hourly rate.
To ensure we work "on the same page" we provide a mutually signed Work for Hire Agreement outlining the details of the project, prior to work commencement. We will provide a detailed time sheet and round up to 15 min increments, also we will include any incidentals or materials such as postage, mileage etc. "Rush", holiday, evening, or weekend service may be subject to a 20% surcharge All invoices are payable 50% upfront for new customers, with balance upon receipt. Payments accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayBpal, bank account debits accepted through our "store page". There will be a $25 service fee for any returned checks.
